Learn from a doctor and former maxillofacial surgeon
Dr Mian is a GMC and GDC registered medical doctor and dental surgeon with more than 30 years of clinical experience. He is a former maxillofacial surgeon at Charing Cross and Westminster NHS Trust, has taught at King’s College and Guy’s Hospital, and has published 11 peer-reviewed clinical papers. He began working in facial aesthetics in 2003, developed the MASH thread technique, and trains doctors internationally as a key opinion leader for Croma Pharmaceuticals.

How long are the courses?
The online theory varies by course. Each practical module takes one full day at our London clinic.
Are the courses CPD-accredited?
Yes. Our courses are CPD-accredited, so they meet recognised professional development standards, and you receive a certificate on completion.
Do I need experience to train?
The microneedling course suits beginners. Some courses, such as anti-wrinkle training, are only open to eligible professionals. Your training advisor confirms eligibility when you call.
Who teaches the courses?
Courses are led by Dr Irfan Mian, our Honorary Medical Aesthetic Consultant and Lead Trainer and a GMC and GDC registered doctor and dental surgeon.
What support do I get after the course?
You join our student support group and can book refresher days and shadow days in clinic. Our team answers questions after you qualify.
Can I get photos of my work?
Yes. A photographer on site takes photos of you working and of your results, for your portfolio and website.
