2. About PureSkin

PureSkin is a medically supervised, female-led aesthetic clinic based in London, offering non-surgical skin and body treatments. All treatments are cosmetic and non-invasive in nature. Practitioners hold appropriate certifications for the treatments they perform. We do not offer or claim to offer medical procedures under the NHS or GMC registration.

3. Appointment Cancellation Policy

We require at least 3 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations within this window or no-shows may result in a full charge of the appointment value.

• Deposits: A £80 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is redeemable against your treatment on the day.

• Consultation Only: If you decide not to proceed with a treatment, the deposit is retained as a consultation fee.

Please call the clinic directly if you are unsure whether to attend due to illness or personal circumstances.

4. How to Cancel or Change Appointments

Appointments must be changed by phone only.
We do not accept cancellations via text, social media, or voicemail.

5. Treatment Follow-Ups

• Anti-Wrinkle Injections: Free review at 2 weeks for adjustments. No top-ups after 2 weeks.

• Nose Corrections: Review between 4–6 weeks, no charge for tweaks.

• Other Treatments: Additional product or treatment requested during follow-up may incur charges.

6. Children, Smoking & Pets Policy

• Children: For safety and insurance reasons, children are not allowed in treatment rooms or left unattended at the clinic.

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within or around the clinic premises.

• Pets: We kindly ask that no pets be brought into the clinic (excluding service animals).

7. Treatment Expectations & Results

We strive to deliver natural, beautiful results tailored to your goals. However, treatment outcomes vary based on individual factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, and anatomy. No guaranteed result is promised.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds are issued once services have been rendered. Please ensure you are confident in your choice before proceeding.

9. Compliments & Complaints

We love hearing about your experience! If you're happy, please share it.
